The IU Northwest School of Public and Environmental Affairs will host its annual Public and Nonprofit Service Career Day on Wednesday, April 2 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Moraine Student Center at IU Northwest.
“The annual event is designed to serve our students and the community by providing information on the many career opportunities in the public and nonprofit sectors,” said Joseph Pellicciotti, director of the public and environmental affairs programs at IU Northwest.
Representatives from more than two dozen agencies will be on hand to provide information and answer questions. Preceding the career day event, Katheryne Pavey, Ph.D., director of the IU Northwest Office of Career Services, will present a workshop on “Finding Employment in the Government and Nonprofit Service.
