Indiana University Northwest's School of Business and Economics in cooperation with the Post-Tribune, AT&T Broadband, Mercantile Bank, Lake County Delivery Board, The Center of Workforce Innovations, WorkOne, and KV Works is holding a panel session on Northwest Indiana residents who survived unemployment.

Tuesday, January 29 at 7:00 p.m. "America Works" will kick off its second session and assist NW Indiana unemployed residents in understanding how to cope with layoffs and regain financial security during these devastating times.

From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., IU Northwest, employment and community resource agencies will be present to answer any questions or concerns those may have regarding unemployment, employment opportunities, college courses, and financial hardship.
