Beginning October 1, the preparation course will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. through October 17 at Indiana University Northwest, Lindenwood Hall J413.  The cost to attend is $395 and includes your own Primer.  

Topics covered include Quality Standards, Project Management, Organizations and Their Functions, Continuous Improvement, Quality Needs and Overall Strategic Plans, Human Resource Management, Customer Satisfaction and Focus, and Training and Education.
