Indiana University Northwest's Institute for Innovative Leadership is offering a leadership skills workshop on Building a High Performance Team on June 8 from 8 a.m. to noon in the campus Library Conference Center. Presented by Keith Kirkpatrick, executive director of the Institute, the workshop will cover ways to create stronger working relationships, educate and excite employees, identify common goals and how to get a work team to perform at higher levels.
