Indiana University Northwest recently announced the names of faculty members promoted to associate professor with tenure, and to full professor. Dr. Robin Hass and Dr. Cynthia O'Dell, both of Valparaiso, were promoted to associate professor with tenure status. Hass is with the Departments of English and Women's Studies, while O'Dell is with the Departments of Psychology and Women's Studies. 

Promoted to full professors were Dr. Geoffrey Schultz of Schererville, Dr. Jean Poulard of Michiana Shores and Dr. Frank Caucci of Oak Park, IL. Schultz is with the School of Education, Poulard is with the School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Political Science, and Caucci is with the Department of Modern Languages.

The five faculty members were promoted after review of their teaching, research and community service. They were honored at a recent Recognition Luncheon on campus.
