The General Consul of Mexico, Carlos M. Sada, will speak at Indiana University Northwest on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Library Conference Center. Sponsored by the IU Northwest Student International Affairs Club, Sada will reflect on the “New Mexico” and the new Mexican administration.
