College Goal Sunday Promotes Financial Aid Education
IU Northwest to Host Bilingual Site
Indiana University Northwest will host College Goal Sunday 2001 at two sites this year, offering students and families free financial aid assistance for those wishing to attend college. The financial aid assistance event will be February 11 at 2 p.m. IU Northwest will host a bilingual site at Ivy Tech State College, 410 East Columbus in East Chicago in Rooms 205, 208, and 212. The second site will be on the IU Northwest campus in the Savannah Center auditorium.

Now in its 12th year, College Goal Sunday mobilizes financial aid professionals to help college-bound students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA form is required for any student seeking federal financial aid, including grants and loans. If you cannot attend a College Goal Sunday site, nine PBS stations in Indiana will broadcast a special financial aid program. For more information on College Goal Sunday, contact IU Northwest at 1-888-YOUR-IUN. For more information on the PBS broadcast, telephone 1-800-992-2076.
