Beat The Winter Blues With An
Afternoon Tea and Ballet

Take time for yourself and beat the winter blues with an Afternoon Tea and performance by the Indiana Ballet Theatre Northwest at Indiana University Northwest on January 25th beginning at 3 p.m. in the Savannah Center atrium.
The Indiana Ballet Theatre Northwest performance will begin at 4 p.m. in the Savannah Center Auditorium and includes members of the local company performing excerpts from Cabaret, Kaleidoscope, Nutcracker 2000, and Cinderella. The company's founder, executive artistic director, and principal choreographer is Gloria Tuohy. Natalie Kolosci is the artistic associate, choreographer, and rehearsal director, and Amanda Johnson is resident choreographer and make-up artist.

Sponsored by the Indiana Women's Institute for Learning and Leadership (IWILL) and the Diversity Programming Group, the Afternoon Tea and Ballet is part of IWILL's mission to promote learning and leadership to all women in the Northwest Indiana area.

"There aren't many places for women to go for resources available that facilitate well balanced growth. Events such as this help to encourage success in all aspects of life, including personal and emotional growth." says Cynthia Owen-Bergland, founder of IWILL.

There is no charge for the event, however a $5 donation for the advancement of IWILL will be accepted at the door. For more information or to make reservations for the Tea and Ballet, telephone 219-980-6685.
