A Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Exam Preparation Course will be offeredat Indiana University Northwest on eightconsecutive Wednesdays beginning October 9 from 6 to 9 p.m.  The courseis in preparation for the CQA certification exam on Dec. 2.

In cooperation with the American Society for Quality (ASQ)Northwest Indiana Chapter, the university will prepare individuals forthe Certified Auditor Exam on June 3.  Topics covered during the courseinclude certification overview, introduction to quality auditing, auditorskills and conduct, audit planning and preparation, audit performance,audit report and follow-up, and auditing tools and technique.
