If Not Quality, Then What? is the subject of an upcoming workshopto help build leadership skills at IndianaUniversity Northwest. Hosted by the IU Northwest Institutefor Innovative Leadership and Centerfor Management Development the 4-hour workshop will be on October 9from 1 to 5 p.m. in the campus LibraryConference Center, Room 110.

Presented by Dan Lowery of the IU Northwest School of Public and EnvironmentalAffairs (SPEA), the workshopwill focus on assessing organizational leadership and human resource managementpractices against a world class standard. During the workshop, the MalcolmBaldridge Awards criteria will be examined and applied.
