Sexual harassment in the workplace, what it is and why it is so widespread will be discussed during a two-day class on Saturdays, October 7 and 14from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Indiana UniversityNorthwestís Library ConferenceCenter. Offered through the Division of LaborStudies, Workplace Sexual Harassment topics include the review of legal standards of what constitutes sexual harassment, human and institutional costs, and strategies for dealing with problems and consequences.
