Spring adult educationcourses at Indiana University Northwestwill culminate with two computer classes designed for seniorcitizens. The courses are the same as regular computer classes, butthe pace, teaching style, and format will be conducive to individuals withlimited computer knowledge.
Microsoft Excel I will be held on Fridays, June 2, 9 and 16 from9 a.m. to noon. The course will focus on the Excel spreadsheet programand will cover designing worksheets, entering data and formulas, copyingand pasting data, formatting, printing, working with formulas and functions,enhancing borders and shading, working with multiple sheets and books,and an overview of charts.
Microsoft Access will be on Fridays, June 23, 30 and July 7 from9 a.m. to noon. The course will focus on database design, creation, editingand viewing data, and setting up basic forms and basic reports.
