The Institute for InnovativeLeadership at Indiana University Northwestis offering a four-hour workshop to build listening skills in business.

Did You HearWhat I Said Or Did I Say What You Heard is an interactive session thatwill help individuals improve and sharpen their listening skills, as wellas become better communicators.

Presented by Keith Kirkpatrick,executive director at the Institute, the workshop will be March 29 from4 to 8 p.m. at the university’s LibraryConference Center. Sponsored by the Institute and the IU NorthwestCenterfor Management Development, the cost of the session is $50.
