Building a High Performance Team in the workplace is the topicof an upcoming workshop at Indiana UniversityNorthwest on Nov. 17 from 8 a.m. to noon in the campus LibraryConference Center. Presented by the university’s Institutefor Innovative Leadership and the Centerfor Management Development, the workshop will focus on creating conditionsfor stronger working relationships by identifying common goals and purpose,educating and motivating employees, and getting the work team to performat higher levels.
