NIPSCO and Indiana State Office of Utility Consumer Counseling (UCC)will be guests at a public forum at IndianaUniversity Northwest  on Friday, November 3 at 5:30 p.m. in RaintreeHall. They will discuss utility programs and price/rate increases inNorthwest Indiana. The forum will provide NIPSCOrepresentatives an opportunity to speak on how the company operates undergovernment regulation, its Price Protection Plan and Choice Program. AnthonyDzwonar of the Indiana State UCC, will also be available to address consumerquestions and concerns regarding government regulation, and price and rateincreases.
