Embracing Change, a workshop designed to build leadership skills,will be at Indiana University Northweston Monday, Nov. 8 from 8 a.m. to noon in the LibraryConference Center. Sponsored by the Institutefor Innovative Leadership, the four-hour workshop will help individualsadjust to change, understand the change process, deal with resistance tochange, and being the instigator of change.
