Embracing Change, a workshop designed to build leadership skills, will be at Indiana University Northweston Monday, Nov. 8 from 8 a.m. to noon in the Library Conference Center. Sponsored by the http://www.iun.edu/~ldrship/ Institute for Innovative Leadership, the four-hour workshop will help individuals adjust to change, understand the change process, deal with resistance to change, and being the instigator of change.
