Indiana University Northwest has been chosen as host recruiting site for the Walt Disney New College Program for students in the region who are interested in working for Disney while receiving educational benefits. It is one of only280 institutions nationwide who serve as a host-recruiting site. The Disney New College Program began in 1980 and has grown from 250 students per year to 6500 annual participants. On Wednesday, October 25, representatives from Disney will give a presentation concerning the New College Program from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Savannah Center Auditorium. The next day, Disney representatives will conduct interviews with students from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students are eligible to interview only if they attend the presentation. More information on the Disney New College Program, and the presentation and interviews, is with the IU Northwest Office of Career Services at 219-980-6621. |
