Motivating and Leading Others is the topic of an upcoming four-hourworkshop sponsored by Indiana UniversityNorthwest’s Institute for InnovativeLeadership and Centerfor Management Development.

The workshop will cover issues that include understanding what motivatespeople, how to create an investment and get “buy in” from others, and howto get individuals to be more involved.

Presented by Keith Kirkpatrick, director of the leadership institute,the workshop is scheduled for January 20, from 8 a.m. to noon in the IUNorthwest Library ConferenceCenter. The workshop fee is $50.
