A variety of fall non-credit adult education courses that include Coaching, Personalized Celebrations and Memories, Creative Journaling and Fundraising Essentials, are being offered in September at the IU Northwest off-campus site in Portage. The Schererville off-campus site is also offering several adult education classes that include Greek I and New Beginnings
As part of the campus fall adult education series, Coaching will be on Mondays from September 13 through October 4, 6 to 8 p.m., while Personalized Celebrations and Memories is scheduled for four consecutive Saturdays from September 18 through October 9, 9 a.m. to noon. On Wednesdays, September 22 and 29, Fundraising Essentials will be offered from noon to 3 p.m., and Creative Journaling will be offered on Thursdays, September 23 through October 14, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
At the Schererville site, Greek 1 is scheduled for six consecutive Tuesdays from September 21 through October 26, 6 to 8:30 p.m. New Beginnings will guide individuals in personal growth through mental imagery and affirmations on Monday, September 13 and 20.
The six classes are non-credit courses and graduation from high school, college or admission to IU Northwest is not required to register. Fees range from $29 to $99.
