Quality in the Workplace
 
Indiana University Northwest’s Institute for Innovative Leadership and Center for Management Development is offering, If Not Quality, Then What? - a workshop designed to promote quality performance in the workplace. The program will be at the university on July 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Library Conference Center, Room 105C.

Presented by Dan Lowery, quality consultant for the IU Northwest Center for Management Development, the workshop will focus on how to assess an organization’s leadership and human resource management practices against a “world class standard.” During the session, the Malcolm Baldridge Awards criteria will be examined and applied against the participant’s organization.
