Indiana University Northwest’s Institute for Innovative Leadership and Center for Management Development is offering a Resolving Conflicts workshop on Wednesday, June 23 from 8 a.m. to noon at the IU Northwest Library Conference Center.

Dan Lowery, quality consultant at the Center for Management Development, will present the program designed to build leadership skills in the professional environment. During the workshop Lowery will address ways to deal with difficult people, balance competing needs and create “win-win” outcomes.
