Indiana University Northwest’s Institute for Innovative Leadership and t Center for Management Development is offering a workshop designed to build leadership skills. The program will be at the university on May 25 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Library Conference Center, Room 105C.

Presented by Keith Kirkpatrick, executive director for the Institute, the workshop will focus on how to lead and motivate people, how to deal with challenging individuals and what techniques can be used to accelerate performance.
