Motivational Factors Influencing Academic Performance at the College Level will be discussed by Indiana University Northwest assistant professor of psychology, Cynthia O’Dell on March 9 from noon to 1:30 p.m. on campus in Tamarack Hall, Room 60.

The brown bag session is open to the community and will include research concerning achievement and motivation factors of those enrolled in college, specifically traditional and non-traditional, and male and female students
