Visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 2, at Moeller
Funeral Home, 104 N. Roosevelt Rd. in Valparaiso, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at
Heartland Christian Center, 170 S. State Rd. 49, in Valparaiso. Interment
will follow at Angelcrest Cemetery in Valparaiso. Spouses of Valparaiso
Fire Department will host a luncheon at the Christian Center.

If you are travelling from campus, there should be no problem with Mapquest or your GPS directions. Take the Highway (80/94 or 90) and take the Valparaiso/Chesterton Exit. Take 49 South to the Christian Center in Valparaiso. You will be on 49 for quite a while, don’t give up.
If you are travelling on Route 30, please note that there is construction at the 30/49 junction. The entrance to 49 South is closed. There are detour signs, but you can save yourself all that aggravation by doing the following: Drive as far as Valparaiso University. There will be a cemetery to your right, and a Speedway to your left at the lift. Turn Right at that light (This is Sturdy Road). Take Sturdy all the way to the end (stay to the right when you come to the “Y” in the road). At the end (sort of a “T” junction), Turn Left on Division Road. The First Light on Division Road is Route 49. Turn Right and continue on 49 South to the Christian Center.
