not have sufficient financial aid to cover the amount.
Students applying for a Book Voucher must also complete
a Title IV Authorization Form.
If your Book Voucher is not approved, an e-mail will
be sent to your IU e-mail address. A response will
not be sent to any other e-mail address.
Eligibility Requirements for the Book Voucher
The student must be registered for classes and have
completed the financial aid process, including submitting
all required documents. A valid 2006-2007 FAFSA must
be on file with the FAO, and your financial aid eligibility
must have been determined. For example, if your FAFSA
was selected for verification, all required documents
must have been submitted, and verification must have
been completed so that your eligibility has been established.
The student must have sufficient financial aid available
to cover the Fall 2006 tuition and fees as well as
the amount of the book voucher. All prior term balances
must be paid. Students who have already received a
refund from the Office of the Bursar are not eligible
to receive a Book Voucher. If a Book Voucher was issued
in a prior semester, the student may not receive another
Book Voucher.
