The Enrollment Services Council will be offering
an online survey of IU Northwest students during the
second month of each Spring Semester and Fall Semester,
beginning in February, 2006.
The purpose of this survey is to measure how students
rate the services provided by the administrative units
that make up the IU Northwest Enrollment Services Council,
including Admissions, Bursar, Career Services, Financial
Aid & Scholarships, Placement Testing, Registrar,
and Special Retention Programs.
The ESC is interested in listening to and learning
from our students, and those of us on the council intend
to use the data to improve our service delivery.
A separate survey will be offered for each of the ESC
units. Students will be asked to rate both their level
of satisfaction with services in each of these units
and the degree of importance of those services.
Students will receive an e-mail announcement informing
them of the survey with a link to the appropriate URL.
They will have one month to take the survey.
The survey will begin with preliminary/introductory
information and a list of the ESC units. Students can
select the unit(s) with which they have had experience.
They will be taken to each unit's survey by clicking
the unit's name on the initial survey page.
We hope that IU Northwest students take the survey
and help us become better at what we do. Please look
for our email announcement of the survey after the New
Year.
