Microcomputer Support Services

Microcomputer Support Services consists of:

  • Information Technology Support Center - dial HELP (4357) on campus (off-campus dial 981-4357) or .
  • Microcomputer Support Services Technicians - give campus desktop computer hardware and software support.
  • Student Support Centers (STCs) - The STCs offer a broad range of computing resources to the IU Northwest community including open labs and Comuter Lab Consultants.

Please contact the IT Support Center for questions or help with microcomputer services or telephone services. They will initiate a service ticket if one is needed.
