Microcomputer Support Services consists of:

• Information Technology Help Desk - dial HELP (4357) on campus (off-campus dial 981-4357) or .
• Microcomputer Support Services Technicians - give campus desktop computer hardware and software support.
• Student Support Centers (STCs) - The STCs offer a broad range of computing resources to the IUN community including open labs and Comuter Lab Consultants.

Please contact the IT Help Desk for questions or help with microcomputer services or telephone services. They will initiate a service ticket if one is needed.
