Aleks

ALEKS can be accessed in the following locations on campus

• In the course classroom
• The Marram Hall computer lab
• The Savannah Center computer lab

You can also access ALEKS off campus.  The computer must have Java enabled and the ALEKS plugin installed.  If your computer does not have a Java runtime installed, you may obtain help installing it at ALEKS support.  Once Java has been enabled, the ALEKS plugin will be installed  automatically the first time the program is accessed on a particular computer.

Registration

Your instructor will guide you in the registration process the first day of class.  In order to register you will need

• An access code.  You can obtain an access code using a credit card (recommended), or purchasing the ALEKS manual from the bookstore.  With your credit card, you can purchase access for one or two semesters.  With the manual, you will get access for one semester at a higher rate.
