Any usage of the IU Northwest logo/signature mark must be approved by the Office of Marketing and Communications.

Please complete the logo authorization request form below. In order to better serve our external and internal constituents with whom IU Northwest partners, logo requests must be approved prior to usage. This process has been developed to protect the brand integrity of Indiana University and Indiana University Northwest and to ensure that the right IU Northwest logo/signature mark is being used and is of the highest quality.
