FISonline Brings Moody's Company Information to the Web

FISonline, an Internet version of Moody's Company Data recently became available to IU Northwest students, faculty and staff. Company Data Direct/U.S., a web-based subscription service provides immediate access to a fully searchable database of more than 10,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ exchange companies including all real-time EDGAR(r) (SEC ) filings which are archived to 1993. The service also features FactSheets, presentation quality company reports on over 1500 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ exchange companies.

The subscription also includes access to the most recent annual reports of all U.S. public companies as well as an archive of past years' reports all in multi-image formats such as Adobe Acrobat(r).

To use FISonline from any IU Northwest campus computer, go to FISonline at http://www.fisoline.com .

•  From the main menu under Member Services, click Sign In.
•  At the next screen, a company name or ticker symbol can be entered in the appropriate dialog box. At this screen, users also have the option of performing an advanced search or accessing an EDGAR database file directly.
•  After entering a company name or ticker symbol, click Submit.
• At the next screen, choose the company report you wish to view.
• The company report will include several sections to choose from such as highlights, history, subsidiaries, officers or EDGAR documents. Select a specific section and choose Submit or click on the full document link to view all sections.
•   The Document Selection Page also includes the FactSheets section on over 1500 select companies as well as the complete annual report for the specific company.
•  To view the annual report, check the Annual Reports box and click Submit.
•  The current and past annual reports can be retrieved by accessing the full report or specific sections by either downloading the CPC Lite browser plug-in for faster access or by using Adobe Acrobat(r). NOTE: Using Adobe Acrobat(r) increases download time.
•  To retrieve an annual report using Adobe Acrobat(r), click the Download PDF link.
