Criteria For Selection The selection process has two stages: an application and interview. Those applicants who score well on the application are invited to an interview. The Application Packet will be judged by the following criteria:
The Interview has an additional set of criteria. The panel of interviewers in a brief encounter will assess communication skills, insights, motivation, leadership knowledge, and character strength. All students will be required to sign a Participation Agreement prior to acceptance into the Institute's Leadership Development Program. Any student not abiding by the Agreement may be dismissed from the Institute. Professional conduct, commitment, respect of others, punctuality, and attendance are the key components of these policies. |
