Jane Kiser
Jane Kiser, Assistant Professor & Coordinator Lindenwood Hall,
Room 126 Jane Kiser coordinates the Union Education Program and teaches a variety of courses regarding labor and the economy, including "NAFTA After Five Years" and "The Steel Industry in the Global Economy." Prior to joining the IUN faculty, she was a founding member of the Graduate Employee Organization, Local 2322 UAW and a staff economist with the Center for Popular Economics. In this capacity, Kiser participated as a writer and editor in the development of the AFL-CIO's Commonsense Economics Study Group Manual. Kiser's research examines the effects and effectiveness of workplace work-family benefit programs. |
