Visiting Lecturer - School of Nursing Indiana University Northwest invites applications for a full time ten-month academic position as a Visiting Lecturer of Nursing. The Northwest campus of Indiana University has full access to the IU libraries, computer systems, research facilities and all support systems. The IU Northwest School of Nursing has 15 full-time faculty and additional FTEs in adjunct status. Its programs are fully accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. It offers the Bachelors of Science degree, including the BA/BSN Mobility Option. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Nursing and clinical nursing practice experience in adult health care in acute care settings are required; previous teaching experience is preferred. Preference is given for critical care nursing experience. The applicant must be currently licensed as an RN in Indiana or eligible for endorsement. The position is available August 2009.
