Assistant Professor of Social Science - School of Education The School of Education seeks to fill a full-time tenure-track faculty position in social science education. The successful candidate will teach students in pre-service and graduate education courses in elementary and secondary social science methods and supervise students in field experience settings. Conducting research, advising students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs, and service responsibilities are also primary responsibilities. Qualifications: Must hold by August 1, 2010 an earned doctorate from an accredited university in social science education, curriculum and instruction or related field.
