(Part Time) Program Assistant - Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning                     

The Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL) of IU Northwest is looking for a motivated professional to serve as its Program Assistant for 20 hours a week.  This position reports to the Executive Director of CETL and provides administrative support to the Center’s staff. 

Qualifications:  Must have a high school diploma, some college would be a plus;  be highly proficient in word processing and have a working knowledge of university desktop programs; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be able to handle a range of administrative, secretarial and support duties, including front office reception and management, processing payroll and travel, maintaining records and files;  composing and editing correspondence; scheduling meetings and events; duplicating and distributing materials; processing forms in FIS and EPIC; operating office equipment; assisting the webmaster; interacting with internal and external partners effectively and performing other duties as assigned.

Work Hours:  20 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday-Thursday) 

Hourly Wage: $10.00 per hour (no benefits)
