Assistant Professor or Lecturer - School of Nursing IU Northwest invites applications for a full-time ten-month academic position as Assistant Professor or Lecturer of Nursing. This Northwest campus of Indiana University has full access to the Indiana University libraries, computer systems, research facilities and all support systems. The IU Northwest School of Nursing has 15 full-time faculty and additional FTEs in adjunct status. Its programs are fully accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. It offers the Bachelors of Science degree, including the RN-BSN and BA-BSN Mobility Options. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Nursing and Clinical Nursing Practice experience in adult health care in acute care settings are required; previous teaching experience is preferred. An earned doctorate in Nursing or related field required for Assistant Professor rank. The applicant must be currently licensed as an RN in Indiana or eligible for endorsement.
