(Part Time) Degree Audit Specialist - Office of the Registrar The Office of the Registrar at IU Northwest is looking for a motivated professional to serve as its Degree Audit Specialist for 20 hours a week. This position reports to the Registrar. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining degree requirement tables within the student information system to enable students and advisers to retrieve and receive accurate information on curriculum completion; also responsible for all degree audit activities including coding, maintenance and interpretation of data specific to the system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; ability to use Microsoft Office with proven ability to write reports with MS Access and Excel; two years experience performing Degree Progress Report encoding preferred; familiarity with curriculum and academic program structure in higher education; experience with IU Student Information System in courses catalog, scheduling classes and academic advising preferred. Work hours are 20 hours per week . Partial benefits, including retirement plan (PERF) and vacation pay.
