Computer Information Systems

CIS Degrees

The Computer Information Systems Department no longer requires special admission into the Bachelor of Science program. Once a student declares CIS as their major, they are automatically coded as a CIS Major and should seek advising from the CIS Department.

If you were previously coded as a Pre-CIS major, you will be automatically reclassified as a CIS Major in the coming months. Note: all other College of Arts and Sciences academic procedures and rules apply regarding required course and minimum GPA.
