- The Dean or a faculty member from the School of Business and Economics recommended by the Dean.
- The Dean or a faculty member from the School of Nursing and Health Professions recommended by the Dean.
- The Director or a faculty member from the Northwest Indiana Division of Medical Education recommended by the Director.
- The Director or a faculty member from the Division of Public and Environmental Affairs and Political Science recommended by the Director.
- The Dean or a faculty member from the School of Education recommended by the Dean.
- The Director or a faculty member from the Division of Continuing Studies recommended by the Director.
- The Director or a faculty member from the Division of Social Work recommended by the Director.
- The Director of Library Services or a designee recommended by the Director.
- The Chair of the Faculty Computer Committee.
- The Chair of the Faculty Classroom Teaching and Distributive Education Committee. (only if the committee begins holding regular meetings)
- The Registrar.
- One individual recommended from the Student Services area, the recommendation being made by the Vice Chancellor for Student Services.
- Two student members recommended by the Student Government President.
Non-voting members
- The Director of Information Technology Technical Services.
