 Employees work to achieve results   January - December, 2008
Supervisors hold discussions with employees to (1) review performance for the previous year and to (2) discuss and confirm performance expectations for the current year. January 7, 2008 - February 29, 2008  
Copy of completed performance review document to Human Resources for employee's personnel file. by February 29, 2008
