Who do I contact to get on various lists?

The IT Support Center coordinates subscription requests to two LISTSERVs the STAFF and STUDENTS lists. Please submit any subscription requests to the appropriate addresses shown next to the IUN LISTSERV shown on the LISTSERV table.

The IT Support Center will take subscription requests ONLY via e-mail; no other method will be accepted.

Why am I getting two copies of most campus e-mails?

Are you a student and an employee at IUN? If you said 'yes' then this is the reason.

For campus-wide e-mailing, there are two mailing lists -- one that goes to every staff, faculty, and administrator, and another that goes to the students on the iun.edu e-mail server. If someone is sending an e-mail to both lists, then you will receive that message from the staff/fac/admin list as well as the student list. If you look at the sending address, you will be able to differentiate between which e-mail came from which list.
