Welcome to the IT Support Center Website

Please take some time to look around and explore some of the information we currently have posted. The amount and usefulness of the information we are compiling will hopefully make your computing life here at IU Northwest much smoother. If all else fails, you can always call HELP (4357) or ... our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.


Support Center Hours

Monday thru Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Passphrases & Resetting Passphrases

IU Northwest IT Support Center personnel will never ask for your passphrase. Never give out your passphrase to anyone. If someone is contacting you by email or phone and are saying they are from IU and ask for your username and passphrase, they are not from IU.

Further, The IT Support Center personnel are never allowed to change or reset passphrases over the phone, via e-mail, etc. Please do not ask -- this rule is in place to help ensure the integrity of the system. You must come in person to the IT Support Center with a photo ID to have any work done with your passphrase.
