The Enrollment Services area supports our academic units by assisting prospective students to become a part of our IU Northwest community and assisting current students to remain a part of the community and to successfully complete their programs of study. Enrollment Services, as an integral part of The Office of Student Affairs at IU Northwest, adheres to the service philosophy of Student Affairs’ units. That philosophy states:

What Does the Enrollment Services Area Do?

Service is provided to the faculty, students, staff, alumni, and the general community, by assisting with and focusing upon

• student recruitment
• assessment and evaluation
• admission
• enrollment
• financial aid and scholarships
• registration and student records
• orientation
• special retention programs, including
  • the Critical Literacy Program
  • the "REACH" partnership with Ivy Tech State College
  • supplemental instruction, mentoring and tutoring initiatives

Who Are We?

IU Northwest Enrollment Services is headed by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, who reports to the Chancellor.

The Enrollment Services area consists of seven units:
