EH&S Mission

The Mission of the Department of Environmental Health & Safety is to augment the university academic mission by promoting and supporting a safe and healthy workplace and natural environment for Indiana University.

Through leadership, technical assistance, and training, the Department of Environmental Health & Safety will provide quality service in the development, implementation, and operation of comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs for the protection of the university community and the natural environment.
