WELCOME! Dr. Yonghee Suh is an assistant professor in Social Studies Education of Indiana University-Northwest. Her research investigates: teacher knowledge and its relationship to teaching practice, in particular teaching history-social studies; collective memory and national identity; and global education. She also teaches Social Studies Education in Elementary Schools, Social Studies Education in Secondary Schools, and Education and American Culture. She has been a member of National Council for Social Studies, Indiana Council for Social Studies, and serves as a content expert reviewer of social studies teacher preparation programs in Indiana.
