Project Timeline
Your CRE award has very strict deadlines and requirements associated with it. It is important that you remember these deadlines and requirements in order to ensure that your project meets the guidelines set forth in the Call for proposals and award letters.
July 1, 2006
Award funds become available for fellows to make purchases and/or hire interns.
January 10, 2007
5:00PM-Progress report on your project (including budget expenses expected in the next 5 months) are due to the Center.
April 23, 2007
The last day any intern packets can be turned in to the Centers Staff to add interns to your project for pay.
May 1, 2007
A detailed letter of explanation is needed for any funds that have not been used to date. This letter should inform the Centers Staff as to when you plan to spend these funds or if you will not be able to spend these funds by June 10, 2007.
June 16, 2007
The last day interns can be paid for working on your project.
June 1, 2007
The last day any expenses can be put into EPIC for your project.
June 15, 2007
The last day any expenses can be put into FIS for your project.
June 20, 2007
5:00PM- All expenses must be encumbered or spent for your project. The Center will be closing all fellows account for end of the year reporting.
August 31, 2007
5:00PM-Final Report and work products for your project are due to the Center.
