Scope and Content
Mr. Vetold J. Butkus briefly owned and operated a photograph studio in East Chicago during the late 1940's and early 1950's. This collection contains a small sample of Mr. Vetold's work, depicting a number of local scenes and persons. The collection was donated by Mr. Vetold's sister, Laura M. Burgess.
