Chancellor's Working Group on Enrollment

The Chancellor’s Working Group on Enrollment (CWGE) has been formed to serve as the steering committee for IU Northwest’s work to develop an enrollment plan for the institution.  It is anticipated that the plan will have as its goal increasing the head count enrollment of the University to 6,000 students by 2012; however this goal may be altered as a result of data gathered in the planning process.

Organizational Structure

The work of CWGE is organized around three dimensions:  retention, recruitment and marketing.  In each of these dimensions a task force has been established and charged with developing action steps, timelines and assignment of responsibility.
