Resume Referral

The Office of Career Services receives many contacts regarding employment opportunities. Current IUN students and alumni registered with the Office of Career Services will have the opportunity to have their resume(s) forwarded to employers offering professional and internship employment opportunities.

All IUN students and alumni seeking professional or internship employment are encouraged to register by clicking on www.collegecentral.com/iun or visit the Office of Career Services, located in Moraine Student Center, Rm. 101.

Your registration will be activated when all of the following have been completed and received by the Office of Career Services:

- Please note that we need your original signature in order to release your resume to employers (you cannot electronically submit this form)
Copy of resume(s)
- Please consider having your resume critiqued by one of our staff members before submitting it online.
- You will need a password, which you will receive from a career counselor, in order for your resume to be active on our website.

Important Notes Regarding Your Registration

Keep your active registration up to date. If you have made changes to your resume(s) or career preferences, submit them to the Office of Career Services.
If you have accepted a position, contact the Office of Career Services. You can 'reactivate' your file should your employment status change at any point during your continuing registration period.
You may re-register at any time after your registration period has ended.

Registration/Credential Files

(Transcripts must be obtained from the Office of the Registrar and CANNOT be included in your credential file.)

For Students/Alumni in Nursing and Allied Health

A credential file can be used to support your application and candidacy with health care organizations. A complete credential file consists of the following:

A completed and signed registration form
Copy of your professional resume
Three to five professional letters of recommendations (original copies) and/or
Copies of appraisal forms from your clinical rotations.

For Students/Alumni in Education

A credential file can be used (and is frequently required) to support your application and candidacy with various school districts. A complete credential file consists of the following:

A completed and signed registration form
Copy of your professional resume
Three to five professional letters of recommendation (original copies) and/or
Copies of recommendation forms from your field and/or student teaching experiences
