As an HR Intern, you will support HR functions such as: hourly recruiting, training matrices, job descriptions, the Internship Program, and supporting New Hire orientations. This position also provides exposure to daily HR functions such as benefits, aspects of labor contract administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and communications. This is a team-based environment, which offers a great deal of opportunity for growth and engagement in new opportunities. The qualified candidate will have completed at least 2 years of college and be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in HR Management. Strong computer skills are a must.
